You know that saying, there is no such question as a silly question.. well its true. You may not have used an independent travel agent before and therefore unsure of how our processes work or what makes us different to an online agency. Is my booking protected?
All our bookings are either ABTA and/or ATOL protected.
ATOL - Air Travel Organisers Licence
Many of the flights and flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL financial protection scheme through our supplier partners (travel brands). But ATOL protection does not apply to all holiday and travel services listed on this website. Please ask your agent to confirm what protection may apply to your booking. If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate then the booking will not be ATOL protected. ABTA - The Travel Association
Book with Confidence. We are a member of ABTA which means you have the benefit of ABTA's assistance and Code of Conduct. All the package holidays we sell are covered by a scheme protecting your money if the supplier fails. Other services such as hotels or flights on their own may not be protected and you should ask us what protection is available. Why use an ITA (independent travel agent)
We can save you time by searching a host of well known branded travel companies as well as using our own intel and recommendations from peers to save you time and effort in your research. All you need to do is let us know what you are looking for, when and where and your budget and we will do all the hard work for you.

What happens if my plans change?
We understand that life sometimes throws us curve balls that can't always be planned for. Therefore if something does happen which could affect your booking, please get in touch asap. We can assist with modifications, subject to availability and supplier policies. Keep in mind that changes might incur additional fees, and travel insurance can provide coverage for unexpected adjustments.

Do I have to book the whole trip with you?
Every trip is different and therefore The Cotswold Travel Co may offer a different role within each one. If you wish to book your own flights using your own air miles, that's absolutely fine. If you would rather book the whole package with us, brilliant. Do you just want support with certain activities or park tickets whilst on your holiday, not a problem. We tailor make our support to meet your needs.
